Export Account Manager

Place of work: Jawczyce, Poland

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients in international markets.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
  • Prepare commercial offers and pricing calculations.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment processes.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.

  • Requirements:
  • Higher education in Economics, International Trade, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales.
  • Advanced knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently.
  • Valid driving license (category B).

Purchasing manager

Place of work: Jawczyce, Poland

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identification and evaluation of potential suppliers in international markets.
  • Negotiating commercial terms, including prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and economic conditions to optimize purchasing costs.
  • Coordination with logistics and warehousing teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Conducting supplier assessments in terms of quality, compliance with standards, and performance.
  • Preparing and managing purchase orders and related documentation.
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to meet operational needs.
  • Resolving supply-related issues, such as delays or quality problems.

  • Requirements:
  • A higher education degree, preferably in management, logistics, economics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably purchasing experience with Asian markets.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and international trade principles.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of English; proficiency in other languages will be an additional asset.
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on it.
  • Familiarity with procurement tools and systems (ERP).
